Selamat datang di Scanner Pintar ("Aplikasi", "Layanan"). Ketentuan Layanan ("Ketentuan") ini mengatur akses Anda ke dan penggunaan aplikasi kami. Mohon baca Ketentuan ini dengan saksama sebelum menggunakan Layanan.

Dengan mengakses atau menggunakan Layanan, Anda setuju untuk terikat oleh Ketentuan ini. Jika Anda tidak setuju dengan bagian mana pun dari ketentuan ini, maka Anda tidak diizinkan untuk mengakses Layanan.

1. Deskripsi Layanan

Scanner Pintar adalah aplikasi berbasis web yang menyediakan fungsionalitas untuk memindai kartu nama menggunakan teknologi Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) untuk mengekstrak informasi. Layanan ini memungkinkan penyimpanan data secara lokal di perangkat pengguna dengan opsi untuk menyimpan ke Google Sheets menggunakan akun Google pengguna sendiri.

2. Penggunaan Layanan

Anda setuju untuk menggunakan Layanan hanya untuk tujuan yang sah dan sesuai dengan Ketentuan ini. Anda bertanggung jawab penuh atas data yang Anda pindai, simpan, dan bagikan menggunakan Aplikasi ini. Anda tidak boleh menggunakan Layanan:

  • Dengan cara apa pun yang melanggar hukum atau peraturan nasional maupun internasional yang berlaku.
  • Untuk tujuan mengeksploitasi, merugikan, atau mencoba mengeksploitasi atau merugikan pihak lain.
  • Untuk mengirimkan materi promosi atau iklan yang tidak diminta atau tidak sah.

3. Privasi dan Pemrosesan Data

Privasi Anda penting bagi kami. Kami merancang aplikasi ini dengan prinsip privasi sebagai prioritas utama. Berikut adalah kebijakan kami terkait pemrosesan data:

  • Gambar Kartu Nama: Saat Anda memindai kartu nama, gambar tersebut dikirim ke penyedia layanan AI pihak ketiga untuk dianalisis. Gambar ini diproses sementara dan tidak disimpan secara permanen di server kami atau server pihak ketiga setelah analisis selesai.
  • Data Kontak yang Diekstrak: Informasi yang diekstrak dari kartu nama (seperti nama, jabatan, perusahaan, nomor telepon, email, dll.) disimpan secara default hanya di penyimpanan lokal (IndexedDB) browser pada perangkat Anda. Data ini sepenuhnya berada di bawah kendali Anda.

Penyimpanan ke Google Sheet dengan Akun Google Anda:

Anda memiliki opsi untuk menyimpan data hasil ekstraksi kartu nama ke Google Sheet menggunakan akun Google milik Anda sendiri. Ketika Anda memilih untuk menggunakan fitur ini:

  • Aplikasi akan meminta izin akses terbatas ke Google Drive Anda
  • Akses ini hanya digunakan untuk:
    • Membuat file Google Sheet bernama "Data Scan Kartu Nama" di Google Drive Anda
    • Mengecek keberadaan file tersebut untuk menghindari duplikasi
    • Menambahkan data hasil ekstraksi kartu nama ke file tersebut
  • Aplikasi tidak akan mengakses, membaca, memodifikasi, atau menghapus file lain di Google Drive Anda
  • Anda tetap memiliki kontrol penuh atas file "Data Scan Kartu Nama" dan dapat menghapus atau mengubahnya kapan saja melalui Google Drive Anda
  • Anda dapat mencabut akses aplikasi ke Google Drive Anda kapan saja melalui pengaturan akun Google Anda

Kami tidak menjual atau menyewakan informasi pribadi Anda. Penggunaan data oleh Google tunduk pada Kebijakan Privasi dan Ketentuan Layanan Google.

4. Akurasi Informasi

Aplikasi ini menggunakan AI untuk mengekstrak data, yang mungkin tidak selalu 100% akurat. Akurasi bergantung pada kualitas gambar dan faktor lainnya. Kami tidak memberikan jaminan atas keakuratan data yang diekstrak. Anda bertanggung jawab untuk memverifikasi dan mengedit informasi yang dihasilkan sebelum digunakan.

5. Keterbatasan Tanggung Jawab

Layanan ini disediakan "SEBAGAIMANA ADANYA" dan "SEBAGAIMANA TERSEDIA" tanpa jaminan apa pun, baik tersurat maupun tersirat. Dalam keadaan apa pun, pengembang Scanner Pintar (Isparmo) tidak akan bertanggung jawab atas kerusakan langsung, tidak langsung, insidental, konsekuensial, atau khusus yang timbul dari atau sehubungan dengan penggunaan atau ketidakmampuan Anda untuk menggunakan Layanan.

6. Hak Kekayaan Intelektual

Layanan dan konten aslinya, fitur, serta fungsionalitasnya adalah dan akan tetap menjadi milik eksklusif dari Isparmo. Layanan ini dilindungi oleh hak cipta dan hukum lainnya baik di Indonesia maupun di luar negeri.

7. Perubahan pada Ketentuan

Kami berhak, atas kebijakan kami sendiri, untuk mengubah atau mengganti Ketentuan ini kapan saja. Jika revisi bersifat material, kami akan memberikan pemberitahuan setidaknya 30 hari sebelum ketentuan baru berlaku. Dengan terus mengakses atau menggunakan Layanan kami setelah revisi tersebut berlaku, Anda setuju untuk terikat oleh ketentuan yang direvisi.

Welcome to Scanner Pintar ("Application", "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our application. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Service Description

Scanner Pintar is a web-based application that provides functionality to scan business cards using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to extract information. This service allows local data storage on user devices with the option to save to Google Sheets using the user's own Google account.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are fully responsible for the data you scan, store, and share using this Application. You may not use the Service:

  • In any way that violates applicable national or international laws or regulations.
  • For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm others.
  • To send unsolicited or unauthorized promotional materials or advertisements.

3. Privacy and Data Processing

Your privacy is important to us. We designed this application with privacy as a top priority. The following is our policy regarding data processing:

  • Business Card Images: When you scan a business card, the image is sent to a third-party AI service provider for analysis. This image is processed temporarily and is not stored permanently on our servers or third-party servers after analysis is complete.
  • Extracted Contact Data: Information extracted from business cards (such as name, title, company, phone number, email, etc.) is stored by default only in local storage (IndexedDB) in your device's browser. This data is entirely under your control.

Storage to Google Sheets with Your Google Account:

You have the option to save extracted business card data to Google Sheets using your own Google account. When you choose to use this feature:

  • The application will request limited access permission to your Google Drive
  • This access is only used to:
    • Create a Google Sheet file named "Data Scan Kartu Nama" in your Google Drive
    • Check the existence of this file to avoid duplication
    • Add extracted business card data to this file
  • The application will not access, read, modify, or delete any other files in your Google Drive
  • You maintain full control over the "Data Scan Kartu Nama" file and can delete or modify it at any time through your Google Drive
  • You can revoke the application's access to your Google Drive at any time through your Google account settings

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Google's use of data is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

4. Information Accuracy

This application uses AI to extract data, which may not always be 100% accurate. Accuracy depends on image quality and other factors. We do not guarantee the accuracy of extracted data. You are responsible for verifying and editing the generated information before use.

5. Limitation of Liability

This Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties, either express or implied. Under no circumstances shall the Scanner Pintar developers (Isparmo) be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with your use or inability to use the Service.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Isparmo. The Service is protected by copyright and other laws both in Indonesia and abroad.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
