Kebijakan Privasi ini menjelaskan bagaimana informasi Anda dikumpulkan, digunakan, dan diungkapkan oleh Scanner Pintar ("Aplikasi", "Layanan"). Dengan menggunakan layanan kami, Anda setuju dengan pengumpulan dan penggunaan informasi sesuai dengan kebijakan ini.

1. Informasi yang Kami Proses

Kami merancang aplikasi ini dengan prinsip privasi sebagai prioritas utama. Kami tidak mengumpulkan data pribadi secara aktif. Berikut adalah jenis data yang berinteraksi dengan aplikasi:

  • Gambar Kartu Nama: Saat Anda memindai kartu nama, gambar tersebut dikirim ke penyedia layanan AI pihak ketiga untuk dianalisis. Gambar ini diproses sementara dan tidak disimpan secara permanen di server kami atau server pihak ketiga setelah analisis selesai.
  • Data Kontak yang Diekstrak: Informasi yang diekstrak dari kartu nama (seperti nama, jabatan, perusahaan, nomor telepon, email, dll.) disimpan secara default hanya di penyimpanan lokal (IndexedDB) browser pada perangkat Anda. Data ini sepenuhnya berada di bawah kendali Anda.

Penyimpanan ke Google Sheet dengan Akun Google Anda:

Anda memiliki opsi untuk menyimpan data hasil ekstraksi kartu nama ke Google Sheet menggunakan akun Google milik Anda sendiri. Ketika Anda memilih untuk menggunakan fitur ini:

  • Aplikasi akan meminta izin akses terbatas ke Google Drive Anda
  • Akses ini hanya digunakan untuk:
    • Membuat file Google Sheet bernama "Data Scan Kartu Nama" di Google Drive Anda
    • Mengecek keberadaan file tersebut untuk menghindari duplikasi
    • Menambahkan data hasil ekstraksi kartu nama ke file tersebut
  • Aplikasi tidak akan mengakses, membaca, memodifikasi, atau menghapus file lain di Google Drive Anda
  • Anda tetap memiliki kontrol penuh atas file "Data Scan Kartu Nama" dan dapat menghapus atau mengubahnya kapan saja melalui Google Drive Anda
  • Anda dapat mencabut akses aplikasi ke Google Drive Anda kapan saja melalui pengaturan akun Google Anda

2. Bagaimana Kami Menggunakan Informasi

Informasi yang diproses oleh aplikasi digunakan semata-mata untuk menyediakan fungsionalitas inti Layanan:

  • Untuk Mengekstrak Data: Gambar kartu nama digunakan untuk mengekstrak informasi kontak melalui analisis AI.
  • Untuk Menyimpan Data: Data kontak yang diekstrak disimpan secara lokal di perangkat Anda agar Anda dapat mengakses, mengelola, dan mengekspornya. Jika Anda memilih, data juga dapat disimpan ke Google Sheet di akun Google Anda sendiri.

3. Berbagi dan Pengungkapan Informasi

Kami tidak menjual atau menyewakan informasi pribadi Anda. Kami hanya membagikan informasi dalam keadaan berikut:

  • Dengan Persetujuan Anda: Saat Anda menggunakan fitur ekspor ke Google Sheet, Anda secara eksplisit mengarahkan aplikasi untuk mengirimkan data kontak yang tersimpan ke layanan Google Sheets. Penggunaan data oleh Google diatur oleh Kebijakan Privasi Google.
  • Penyedia Layanan: Kami menggunakan layanan AI pihak ketiga untuk pemrosesan gambar. Para penyedia ini hanya memiliki akses ke gambar untuk melakukan tugas analisis dan secara kontrak dilarang untuk menyimpan atau menggunakan data tersebut untuk tujuan lain.

4. Keamanan dan Penyimpanan Data

Kami berkomitmen untuk melindungi data Anda. Semua data hasil pindai disimpan secara default di dalam browser pada perangkat Anda, yang memberikan lapisan keamanan yang kuat karena data tidak meninggalkan perangkat Anda tanpa tindakan Anda.

Jika Anda memilih untuk menyimpan data ke Google Sheet, data akan disimpan di akun Google Anda sendiri dan dilindungi oleh sistem keamanan Google. Kami tidak memiliki akses ke data yang tersimpan di Google Sheet Anda.

Anda memiliki kendali penuh untuk menghapus semua data lokal kapan saja melalui fitur "Hapus Semua Data Lokal" di dalam aplikasi.

5. Privasi Anak-Anak

Layanan kami tidak ditujukan untuk siapa pun yang berusia di bawah 13 tahun. Kami tidak secara sadar mengumpulkan informasi yang dapat diidentifikasi secara pribadi dari anak-anak di bawah 13 tahun.

6. Perubahan pada Kebijakan Privasi Ini

Kami dapat memperbarui Kebijakan Privasi kami dari waktu ke waktu. Kami akan memberi tahu Anda tentang perubahan apa pun dengan memposting Kebijakan Privasi baru di halaman ini. Anda disarankan untuk meninjau Kebijakan Privasi ini secara berkala untuk setiap perubahan.

This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and disclosed by Scanner Pintar ("Application", "Service"). By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Process

We designed this application with privacy as a top priority. We do not actively collect personal data. The following are the types of data that interact with the application:

  • Business Card Images: When you scan a business card, the image is sent to a third-party AI service provider for analysis. This image is processed temporarily and is not stored permanently on our servers or third-party servers after analysis is complete.
  • Extracted Contact Data: Information extracted from business cards (such as name, title, company, phone number, email, etc.) is stored by default only in local storage (IndexedDB) in your device's browser. This data is entirely under your control.

Storage to Google Sheets with Your Google Account:

You have the option to save extracted business card data to Google Sheets using your own Google account. When you choose to use this feature:

  • The application will request limited access permission to your Google Drive
  • This access is only used to:
    • Create a Google Sheet file named "Data Scan Kartu Nama" in your Google Drive
    • Check the existence of this file to avoid duplication
    • Add extracted business card data to this file
  • The application will not access, read, modify, or delete any other files in your Google Drive
  • You maintain full control over the "Data Scan Kartu Nama" file and can delete or modify it at any time through your Google Drive
  • You can revoke the application's access to your Google Drive at any time through your Google account settings

2. How We Use Information

Information processed by the application is used solely to provide the core functionality of the Service:

  • To Extract Data: Business card images are used to extract contact information through AI analysis.
  • To Store Data: Extracted contact data is stored locally on your device so you can access, manage, and export it. If you choose, data can also be saved to Google Sheets in your own Google account.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share information under the following circumstances:

  • With Your Consent: When you use the export to Google Sheets feature, you explicitly direct the application to send stored contact data to Google Sheets services. Google's use of data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Service Providers: We use third-party AI services for image processing. These providers only have access to images to perform analysis tasks and are contractually prohibited from storing or using that data for other purposes.

4. Data Security and Storage

We are committed to protecting your data. All scanned data is stored by default in the browser on your device, which provides a strong layer of security because data does not leave your device without your action.

If you choose to save data to Google Sheets, the data will be stored in your own Google account and protected by Google's security systems. We do not have access to data stored in your Google Sheets.

You have full control to delete all local data at any time through the "Delete All Local Data" feature in the application.

5. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
