Cara Menggunakan Scanner Pintar

1. Persiapan Awal

  • Isi Profil Anda (Untuk Follow-up AI): Sebelum memulai, klik tombol PROFIL di pojok kanan atas halaman utama. Isi nama, jabatan, dan perusahaan Anda. Informasi ini akan digunakan oleh AI untuk membuat draf email dan pesan WhatsApp yang personal dan profesional.
  • Isi Informasi Acara (Opsional): Pada halaman utama, isi kolom "Nama Acara" dan "Tanggal". Informasi ini akan otomatis ditambahkan ke setiap kontak yang Anda pindai dalam sesi ini.

2. Memindai Kartu Nama atau QR Code

  • Pilih Metode Pindai: Klik SCAN KARTU NAMA untuk membuka kamera, atau UPLOAD DARI GALERI untuk memilih gambar yang sudah ada di perangkat Anda.
  • Ambil Gambar: Posisikan kartu nama atau QR Code di dalam frame. Pastikan pencahayaan cukup dan gambar fokus. Klik tombol Pindai. AI akan otomatis menganalisis dan mengekstrak informasinya.

3. Mengelola dan Mengekspor Hasil

  • Lihat Hasil Scan: Klik Lihat Hasil Scan di halaman utama untuk melihat semua kontak yang tersimpan di perangkat Anda. Kontak diurutkan dari yang terbaru.
  • Edit atau Hapus Kontak: Di halaman hasil, klik tombol EDIT pada kartu kontak untuk mengedit informasi atau menghapus kontak dari halaman edit.
  • Gunakan Asisten Follow-Up AI: Klik pada kartu kontak (bukan tombol edit) untuk membuka menu tindakan. Pilih Draf Pesan WA atau Draf Email (memerlukan profil sudah terisi).
  • Ekspor Data: Di bagian bawah halaman hasil, pilih format ekspor yang diinginkan: CSV (untuk Excel/Sheets), VCF (untuk kontak HP), ZIP (kumpulan file VCF), atau SIMPAN KE GOOGLE SHEET (untuk menyimpan semua data lokal ke G-Sheet pribadi).

4. Menggunakan Mode Kolaborasi (Untuk Tim)

Fitur ini memungkinkan tim untuk mengumpulkan data pindaian kartu nama ke dalam satu Google Sheet secara bersamaan. Ada dua peran: Host (pembuat sesi) dan Anggota Tim (pemindai).

Untuk Host (Pembuat Sesi Kolaborasi):

  1. Buka aplikasi dan klik tombol MODE KOLABORASI.
  2. Masuk ke akun Google Anda jika diminta.
  3. Isi formulir:
    • URL Google Apps Script: Masukkan URL Web App dari Google Apps Script yang telah Anda deploy.
    • Kunci Rahasia: Masukkan secret key yang Anda atur di dalam script.
    • Nama Acara: Beri nama sesi kolaborasi ini (misal: "Pameran Tech 2025"). Nama ini akan menjadi nama tab baru di Google Sheet Anda.
  4. Klik BUAT QR CODE. Sebuah QR Code akan muncul.
  5. Biarkan halaman QR Code ini tetap terbuka di perangkat Anda. Minta anggota tim Anda untuk memindai QR Code ini untuk bergabung.

Untuk Anggota Tim (Pemindai):

  1. Buka aplikasi dan klik tombol MODE KOLABORASI.
  2. Klik tombol SCAN QR KOLABORASI.
  3. Pindai QR Code yang ditampilkan di perangkat Host.
  4. Setelah berhasil, Anda akan masuk ke mode pemindaian. Masukkan nama Anda (untuk identifikasi data).
  5. Mulai pindai kartu nama seperti biasa. Setiap hasil pindaian akan otomatis dikirim ke Google Sheet milik Host.

  • Seberapa akurat hasil scan AI? Akurasi tergantung pada kualitas gambar dan kualitas cetak kartu nama. Pada kondisi optimal, tingkat akurasi bisa mencapai 90-95%.
  • Apakah data saya aman? Di mana data disimpan? Ya, data Anda aman. Semua data kontak disimpan secara default di penyimpanan lokal browser pada perangkat Anda (IndexedDB). Data tidak dikirim ke server kami kecuali Anda memilih untuk menggunakan fitur ekspor ke Google Sheet.

  • Apakah saya perlu menginstal sesuatu? Tidak, aplikasi ini berbasis web dan tidak memerlukan instalasi. Cukup buka di browser Anda.
  • AI gagal mengekstrak informasi dengan benar. Apa yang harus saya lakukan? Pastikan gambar jelas, fokus, dan pencahayaan cukup. Anda juga dapat mengedit hasil ekstraksi secara manual.
  • Bisakah saya menggunakan aplikasi ini secara offline? Fitur scan memerlukan koneksi internet untuk mengakses AI. Namun, data yang sudah tersimpan dapat diakses secara offline.

How to Use Scanner Pintar

1. Initial Setup

  • Fill in Your Profile (For AI Follow-up): Before starting, click the PROFILE button in the top right corner of the main page. Fill in your name, title, and company. This information will be used by AI to create personalized and professional email drafts and WhatsApp messages.
  • Fill in Event Information (Optional): On the main page, fill in the "Event Name" and "Date" fields. This information will be automatically added to every contact you scan in this session.

2. Scanning Business Cards or QR Codes

  • Choose Scan Method: Click SCAN BUSINESS CARD to open the camera, or UPLOAD FROM GALLERY to select an existing image from your device.
  • Take a Picture: Position the business card or QR Code within the frame. Ensure adequate lighting and focus. Click the Scan button. AI will automatically analyze and extract the information.

3. Managing and Exporting Results

  • View Scan Results: Click View Scan Results on the main page to see all contacts stored on your device. Contacts are sorted from newest to oldest.
  • Edit or Delete Contacts: On the results page, click the EDIT button on a contact card to edit information or delete the contact from the edit page.
  • Use AI Follow-Up Assistant: Click on a contact card (not the edit button) to open the action menu. Select Draft WA Message or Draft Email (requires profile to be filled).
  • Export Data: At the bottom of the results page, choose your desired export format: CSV (for Excel/Sheets), VCF (for phone contacts), ZIP (collection of VCF files), or SAVE TO GOOGLE SHEET (to save all local data to your personal G-Sheet).

4. Using Collaboration Mode (For Teams)

This feature allows teams to collect scanned business card data into a single Google Sheet simultaneously. There are two roles: Host (session creator) and Team Member (scanner).

For the Host (Collaboration Session Creator):

  1. Open the application and click the COLLABORATION MODE button.
  2. Sign in to your Google account if prompted.
  3. Fill out the form:
    • Google Apps Script URL: Enter the Web App URL from the Google Apps Script you have deployed.
    • Secret Key: Enter the secret key you set within the script.
    • Event Name: Name this collaboration session (e.g., "Tech Expo 2025"). This name will become a new tab name in your Google Sheet.
  4. Click CREATE QR CODE. A QR Code will appear.
  5. Keep this QR Code page open on your device. Ask your team members to scan this QR Code to join.

For Team Members (Scanners):

  1. Open the application and click the COLLABORATION MODE button.
  2. Click the SCAN COLLABORATION QR button.
  3. Scan the QR Code displayed on the Host's device.
  4. Once successful, you will enter scanning mode. Enter your name (for data identification).
  5. Start scanning business cards as usual. Each scan result will be automatically sent to the Host's Google Sheet.

Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q.)

  • How accurate is the AI scan? Accuracy depends on image quality and business card print quality. Under optimal conditions, accuracy can reach 90-95%.
  • Is my data safe? Where is data stored? Yes, your data is safe. All contact data is stored by default in local browser storage on your device (IndexedDB). Data is not sent to our servers unless you choose to use the export to Google Sheet feature.
  • Is this application free? Yes, Scanner Pintar is completely free to use.
  • What devices are supported? This application supports all devices with modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on both desktop and mobile.
  • Why can't I access the camera? Make sure you grant camera access permission to the browser. Check your browser settings and ensure the camera is not blocked.
  • Can I edit data after scanning? Yes, you can edit all extracted information by clicking the EDIT button on the contact card.
  • Do I need to install anything? No, this is a web-based application and requires no installation. Just open it in your browser.
  • AI failed to extract information correctly. What should I do? Ensure the image is clear, focused, and well-lit. You can also manually edit the extraction results.
  • Can I use this application offline? The scan feature requires an internet connection to access AI. However, already stored data can be accessed offline.
